Today’s new adventure is trying to add a pic to the blog.  When I first started typing I was pushing the pic to the right ahead of the words. Just like the ding on the typewriter, when you get to a certain place, the pic moves, the carriage returns. It’s still moving across the page as I type. It’s funny because I’m sure that it’s not supposed to be doing that, but it reminds me so much of typing papers in college. Anybody else remember writing those papers? i do miss the ding. Maybe they could add that as an app.

On the other hand, after hearing the ding, I might slap the monitor to the left and onto the floor!!!!!

The other new thing we’re going to try is camping with the cat.  Hahaha! This will be the first time we’ve taken the cat anywhere other than the vet. Well, I remember James Qwilleran, the main character in the Lillian Jackson Braun “The Cat Who…” books always took his Siamese cats with him. He used an  old roasting plan for litter because it fit behind the seat easily. Yes, yes, I know. He’s a fictional character.

Those are good books, by the way. I also just finished the newest by Fannie Flagg, The Last All-Girl Filling Station Reunion. I highly recommend it.

Okay, got to get the car ready for camping. For those of you who haven’t seen my car since I’ve retired, it’s a travelling office, all filled with boxes of stuff that i could use for subbing. Yeah, I really, REALLY, need to go through all that stuff again. Somebody is going to get some good stuff…
