GRRRRRRRR.
I want to be mad at someone. I want to be able to blame and yell at someone. Unfortunately there is no one to blame or yell at.
That *(&% ringworm test came back positive for the new kitty. So now the poor little thing will be quarantined for at least another two months because it takes a month for one test and now she needs two consecutive negative tests.
GRRRRRRRR.
She’s got a vet visit scheduled for a week from today. Maybe then we’ll have a different method to get rid of this fungus.
The original treatment was stopped by the vet who checked her out in WI because the other cats at the shelter tested negative and the medicine was hard on their livers.
So she coasted for three weeks while waiting for the test results. She still took her liver supplement and I still vacuumed, dusted, washed clothes, and changed the litter every day.
We go in to visit her and sit on a cold hard folding chair. We change into quarantine clothes while there and leave them when we leave. We run up and down the hall to get dressed ASAP because it’s winter after all. Nakey time is more for summer.
So, I’m frustrated. Poor kitty.
Think I’ll go veg in front of the tv and knit. Don’t dare to try to cut any quilt pieces right now.
Sorry I’m so crabby.
Hugs if you dare,
Janet
I’m so very sorry! It’s not fair for Katya or you and Lance!

!!!! I certainly understand your anger after all you’ve gone through with Katya. I would be very upset, too. But no, I don’t dare hug you. Not yet.
